Title: The Joy of Missing Out Pdf Live More by Doing Less
Productivity expert and CEO of inkWELL Press Productivity Co. Tonya Dalton challenges women to rethink "busy" and intentionally live with a mind-set of abundance.
Overwhelmed. Too many women are swamped and exhausted by all they strive to do, ending most days feeling unsatisfied and unsuccessful. Tonya Dalton, productivity expert and CEO of inkWELL Press Productivity Co., offers these women a liberating shift in perspective: Feeling overwhelmed isn't the result of having too much to do - it's from not knowing where to start.
In her highly anticipated first audiobook, Dalton inspires women to reject the pressure to do more, be more, and achieve more. She shows them how to focus on what's important to them and then helps them develop their own unique productivity systems. Through her proven liveWELL Method, Dalton provides actionable strategies with relevant exercises that help women to discover their purpose, clarify their priorities, simplify their lives, and finally achieve harmony by embracing the "unbalance" that is inherent in their lives. As a result, women discover they can finally live guilt-free, abundant lives - because living a life centered around their priorities results in more satisfaction and success, both at work and at home.
The ultimate goal of productivity isn't to get more work done faster, it's to make you feel happier and empowered in your life as a whole. Productivity isn't just about your work - it's about your personal and home life, too. Included exclusively in the audiobook is a secret episode from Tonya Dalton's podcast, Productivity Paradox. Tonya shares the six key choices you can make in your daily life to find harmony in each of these areas, allowing you to reduce stress, boost productivity, and create happier families.

Freedom can be found in conquering overwhelm and finding joy Imagine a day where your life is filled with harmony as you live a life filled with joy. The days of feeling like a circus clown running from spinning plate to spinning plate are long gone. The race against the illusion of finding balance and the feeling of exhaustion and overwhelm are replaced with a life focused on intention and fulfillment. In The Joy of Missing Out Tonya walks you through taking practical steps to move from overwhelm to finding joy and harmony in your life. It starts with focusing on your priorities and aligning your priorities with your purpose. Tonya helps you take the words from the pages of the book and walks you through examples of people living out these strategies and how it has impacted their life. For me, the Joy of Missing out is book about finding freedom, freedom in doing less but finding satisfaction in the richness of living a focused life.A Whole New Perspective This book is a gift for women at all ages and stages of life. As a recent retiree who spent many years feeling frantically busy, the temptation to “stay busy” presents itself constantly. This book challenges all the assumptions and “stories” that glorify “busy-ness.” Tonya Dalton has done a masterful job of reframing our paradigm of productivity. My personal mission statement involves living with purpose and striving for wellness. Thanks to Tonya, I can fulfill that mission on my own terms without feeling like a slacker. This book is filled with practical insights, actionable steps, and abundant opportunities for reflection and immediate application of the ideas and strategies. The "extras" (links and downloads) are useful tools for gaining clarity and maintaining momentum in setting and honoring priorities.Amazing book with priceless resources I found out about Tonya when I bought my first Inkwell Press planner a few years ago. I loved the quality of the planner and there was more to it than just a calendar. I started listening to her podcasts about a year ago. I love all of the tips she shares and the guest speakers she has on the show provide even more resources and ideas. While reading the Joy of Missing Out, the part where Tonya says she "woke up in the morning already feeling behind" and "the pressure of holding it together is making me anxious and irritable" totally resonated with me. I have had many days where I felt that way. My favorite takeaways are completing the mission statement, vision statement and defining my core values. Going through each step to define these three things has really helped me figure out where my focus should be and how I can best use my time to make the most out of each day. The discussion guide was extremely helpful for me to focus on each chapter and really get the most out of each section. I highly recommend this book and all that Tonya has to offer!
